The BTSC will welcome Ellen Hahn, Stormwater Specialist Contractor to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. The workshop will focus on the August 2010 revisions to the NYS Stormwater Management Design Manual and provide SWPPP preparers and SWPPP reviewers with valuable information and direction to determine whether a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan meets new Runoff Reduction and Green Infrastructure standards. Participants will be given spreadsheets and review checklists to assist in preparing and reviewing SWPPPs.
